Their expertise and enthusiasm for Panamanian coffee makes this experience truly special. The experience begins with a sensory journey as you smell Panamanian coffee straight from freshly roasted beans. Learn to identify the unique aromas that make Panama's coffee, including the legendary Geisha variety, world-renowned among coffee enthusiasts. Next, you will brew your own coffee, making your first pour-over and watching rich flavors bloom. Your host guides you through the process, teaching proper technique for extracting the perfect cup. This hands-on learning is something you can take home and use every day. Enjoy traditional Panamanian snacks that perfectly complement your coffee tasting. I could not recommend Laury more as she is a gem! Her shop is beautiful and her knowledge of geisha and coffee in general is top notch. She was very patient with all of our questions and gave us plenty of coffee and snacks! This experience is a must on your Panama trip!

She really helped me appreciate the process of making a cup of coffee and how how small efforts and understandings can result in a wide range of flavor and aromatic profiles in coffee.
