Travel through Panama City's most impressive modern and historic areas on a scenic bike tour. This 2-hour cycling adventure takes you through representative places with beautiful views, from the gleaming modern skyline to the charming streets of historic Casco Antiguo. Your host David Alfonso has a degree in psychology and a master's degree in business administration. He loves history, economics, and culture, and enjoys meeting people to show them the most special, important, and beautiful places in Panama City. David shares life experiences and makes the tour pleasant with beautiful views, landscapes, and historical monuments. The ride begins at The Sands Apartments and takes you through the modern city, passing representative landmarks with stunning views of the Panama City skyline. Continue to Casco Antiguo, the UNESCO World Heritage historic district, where you will explore charming colonial streets and architecture. Stop at several miradores (viewpoints) to admire unique panoramic views of the city. Throughout the tour, David shares fascinating stories from the ancient city, bringing Panama's rich history to life. Take in the landscapes and historical monuments that make this city so unique. This experience is perfect for bike lovers and sports enthusiasts who want to see Panama City from a different perspective. The activity level is light and beginner-friendly, though you should come ready for some exercise. Comfortable athletic wear and proper shoes are recommended. Note: Mountain bikes are provided. Guests ages 12 and up can attend, with a maximum of 10 guests per tour.

Cycling is such an excellent way to see a bit of Panama City. David planned an excellent route and provided excellent commentary all along the way. I was able to see important civic and religious architecture as well as navigate areas of the city that I would not have had the opportunity on foot. I highly recommend this tour.

The Sands Apartments and shopping center in Panama City. Arrive 10 minutes before the 4:00 PM start time. Your host David will be waiting with the bikes.
